Malt Barley

AAC Connect

It offers a malt quality similar to AC Metcalfe with higher malt extract, lower wort viscosity and beta glucan content. A great choice for malting process. Released in 2016, AAC Connect was developed by Dr. Bill Legge at Agriculture and Agri-Food Canada, Brandon and is sold by Canterra Seeds.
