Canadian Malting Barley Technical Centre (CMBTC), in collaboration with Alberta Barley is hosting the first-ever Producer Malt Academy this winter on March 23 - 24, 2022 at the Holiday Inn, Red Deer, Alberta. The course at a small cost of $40 early bird rate for Alberta farmer-members to attend.
