Combine to Craft – Third Annual Stampede Happy Hour & Political Mixer

Alberta Grains together with the Alberta Small Brewers Association held our third annual Combine to Craft political mixer on the heels of the Calgary Stampede. The event is an opportunity to showcase the success story of the barley-to-beer value chain, which on the craft brewing side is 100% Alberta-grown, malted and brewed. The event was a great success with participation from elected officials across all parties and levels of government. We were especially grateful to have both Deputy Minister Jason Hale from Alberta Agriculture and Irrigation and Deputy Minister Lawrence Hanson from Agriculture and Agri-Food Canada bring remarks from their respective Ministries.
