Alberta Grains is a partner and board member of the Canadian Malting Barley Technical Center (CMBTC), an organization that serves the barley supply chain through research, technical services and marketing support.

The July edition of The Barley Brief includes updates on Prairie crop conditions, international market developments and the ZoomAgri pilot project—an initiative exploring AI technology for rapid, non-destructive varietal identification of malting barley.
