Bridging the Gap – Upcoming farm transition workshops

Over the last year, Alberta Grains has been undertaking work to better define the needs of the next generation of farmers as the sector prepares to undergo one of the largest farm transitions in history. To this end, we will endeavor to share more resources with our producers to support their transitions.

Farm Management Canada will be delivering sessions in January and February in Alberta of a program called, Bridging the Gap. It is designed to help farm families navigate farm transitions and provide resources to help them succeed. The workshop promotes collaborative learning through practical tools and resources, expert-led sessions, and open dialogue.
