A much-welcomed rain in early June has brought some relief to much of the province. The change in moisture conditions raises considerations on top-dressing nitrogen, weed control and adjustments in many agronomic decisions. In this issue of The Growing Point, we provide considerations on making the most out of top-dress nitrogen, share tips on doing cereal plant counts and helpful resources. for crop inputs.
Besides the resources, we are excited to welcome the Blue Book App, a handy tool to conveniently look up pest control products during the busy growing season.
